Product Quality Engineer The Product Quality Engineer ensures that major ETO (Engineer to Order) NPDI projects are implemented properly, coordinating with central functions (R&D, Marketing, Service, Quality) and ensuring customer requirements are understood and applied in a timely manner. The role includes site supervision and follow‑up of design‑phase issues through commissioning. Responsibilities Support central functions for a smooth process from ETO design to assembly and test, including kickoff meetings, PDCA document preparation, closure meetings, assembly process, final test, witness test, etc. Collect information and documentation from central functions (technical drawings, order documentation, unit setting, etc.) and make them available to the local organization. Collect regular site situation updates and share them with central functions to facilitate site activities. Monitor site activity and facilitate communication between central and local teams. Report any issues found at site to the relevant departments (Service, Production, R&D, Quality, etc.). Visit sites before, during, and after commissioning to support local organization and gather product improvement data. Follow up on central function activities to ensure they are completed as expected. Monitor product behavior after handover and report major issues to factory. Required Minimum Qualifications Technical school background: university degree in Mechanical Engineering is a plus. Good knowledge of HVAC‑R products and principles. 3–5 or more years of experience in a technical position (e.g., Quality, Service, Product Manager). Good English. Computer literate, especially MS Office (including Access). Ability to plan activities in the short to mid‑term. Ability to coordinate people from different departments. Ability to manage multiple tasks and set priorities. Highly customer focused. Problem‑solving capability. Attitude to listen to customers’ needs. Teamwork. Excellent attention to detail, capable of working accurately in a busy environment. Additional / Preferred Qualifications None.
