Internship Program 2026 The Tetra Pak Internship Programme aims to develop the potential talent of students through real‑world experience in the corporate environment. Interns receive mentorship, training and an onboarding program designed to ignite their professional growth. Location: Mexicali, Mexico. Tetra Pak does not sponsor work or relocation visas for this position. Production Process Intern – Responsibilities Support WCM (World Class Manufacturing) activities, including loss identification and process standardisation. Analyse efficiency and total waste in the production area. Collect and upload information into the systems used for the Loss Guide Line. Participate in the implementation of operational training for plant personnel. Materials Control Intern – Responsibilities Reclassify materials used in the plant that are currently not in use. Restructure physical materials and their correspondence in the MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Operations) system – SAP. Create a digital catalogue of materials with their respective physical identification. Understand and apply material classification, both in its basic form and within the SAP system. Restructure materials according to the equipment and configuration of the plant, both physically and systemically. Implement a catalogue to speed up searches, facilitate identification of materials and avoid duplication in the system. Educational Requirements Industrial Engineering, Mechanical & Mechatronics Engineering, Automation, Materials Engineering or related fields (Production Process Intern). Engineering Robotics, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Logistics, Supply Chain or related fields (Materials Control Intern). Desired Skills & Knowledge Microsoft Office – Intermediate Excel. Power BI, SAP is a plus for the Production Process Intern. Microsoft VBA (Visual Basic) programming is a plus for the Materials Control Intern. Intermediate English; strong skills in written and spoken communication. Technical profile with strong execution orientation, effective communication, team collaboration and data analysis competencies. Profile Description – Availability & Schedule Academic training in one of the suggested areas. Availability for an internship between August 3, 2026 and July 5, 2027. Estimated graduation date must align with the one‑year programme duration, i.e., July 2027 or later. Commitment to an in‑person schedule of 6 hours daily, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., throughout the internship period.
