Server Assistant – Four Seasons Cabo Del Sol Position located on the stunning southern coast of Mexico’s Baja peninsula, at Cabo Del Sol. The property features 96 guestrooms, 61 residences, three restaurants, three resort pools, an open‑air fitness center, Spa & Spa Garden, and a clubhouse event facility. Responsibilities Support servers by providing food and beverage service to guests and clients. Guide guests on outlet concepts and products, ensuring complete satisfaction. Maintain high service standards and a positive guest experience. Follow the service sequence and standards for FS. Comply with schedule, attendance, and daily task completion. Promote teamwork and participate in training sessions. Follow internal safety protocols and hygiene guidelines. Apply state liquor regulations and understand rules regarding minors, intoxication, and driving. Maintain knowledge of F&V menus, ingredients, preparation methods, allergens, and preparation times. Anticipate guest and colleague needs and give recognition to guests. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in ultra‑luxury hotels. Knowledge of high service standards, spirits, cocktails, and wines. Excellent communication skills. Proficiency in English. Proactive attitude with strong presentation skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure with a high volume of business. Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities. Schedule availability.
