Fleet Consultant / B2B Key Accountant (Mexico City) – Changan México We're hiring to join our Sales team as a Fleet Consultant (ICE & New Energy). Responsibilities Drive fleet sales (ICE & New Energy vehicles) in your assigned region. Develop and manage relationships with corporate clients, leasing companies, and key accounts. Identify business opportunities and generate proposals, quotations, and negotiations. Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, closing, and follow‑up. Coordinate test drives, demos, and client visits. Maintain an updated pipeline and CRM discipline. Provide product knowledge and guidance to clients. Qualifications Proven experience in fleet sales / B2B automotive sales. Strong client portfolio (a key requirement). Experience with leasing, corporate sales, or procurement processes. Solid understanding of TCO, cost analysis, and proposal building. Advanced English. CRM management and pipeline tracking. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Willingness to travel.
