This role is key to ensuring proper operational execution and effective follow-up of field activities. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and supervise the technical team, ensuring assigned tasks are completed. Plan and oversee daily operations, including installations, maintenance, and technical support. Manage client relationships, providing timely support and effective solutions. Monitor performance indicators and generate management reports. Ensure proper use of operational tracking and management tools. Identify opportunities to improve in technical and operational processes. Requirements Technical degree or professional degree in engineering or related fields. Minimum of 2 years of experience leading technical teams. Experience in operational coordination and customer service. Experience with B2B clients (preferred).
