Job Summary We are seeking talented Fulfillment Lead to join our team. As a Fulfillment Lead you will be responsible for the following. Responsibilities Supervise department staff and daily activities. Managing, evaluating, and reporting on warehouse productivity. Ordering supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels. Provide training for all permanent and temporary warehouse employees; communicate company policies, procedures and facility work instructions. Responsible for orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy. Reporting relevant information and preparing any necessary documentation. Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations. Performing a daily inspection of the department. Communicate and coordinate with other departments. Perform all other duties assigned by Warehouse Manager or Branch Operations Manager. Must Haves Ability to operate and attain certification to safely operate powered equipment. Work safely at high levels. Ability to lift 50lbs or more and stand on your feet for a long duration. Must be able to operate a scale. Maintain a safe working environment. Must have basic computer knowledge. Prior warehouse experience. Prior warehouse lead or similar supervisory position experience.
