We believe in the power of teamwork, innovation, and talent development to continue expanding our global operations.Position OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Billing Executive to join our finance team.This role will be responsible for customer invoicing, payment follow-up, billing accuracy, credit setup support, and coordination with internal departments to ensure all billing processes remain accurate and up to date. The position requires daily communication with international teams, primarily in English.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate, review, and send customer invoices accurately and on time.Collect and process invoices from vendors and service providers.Monitor accounts receivable balances and follow up on outstanding payments.Review CFDIs, fiscal invoices, and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.Coordinate with Operations and Finance teams regarding billing and payment-related matters.Support customer onboarding and credit setup processes.Review intercompany balances and assist with reconciliations.Maintain organized records of invoices, payments, and customer documentation.Prepare billing and collections reports for management.Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies.Requirements1+ year of experience in Billing, Accounts Receivable, Administration, Accounting, or a related field.Experience with invoicing processes, CFDIs, and SAT-related requirements.Advanced English required, including strong verbal communication skills.Experience following up on payments, billing documentation, and account status.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office 365.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Logistics, transportation, or freight forwarding experience is a plus.Familiarity with logistics documentation, demurrage, detention, and operational processes is a plus.What We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented professional who takes ownership of billing processes and enjoys working with financial documentation and cross-functional teams.If you are looking to grow your career in an international logistics environment and thrive in a dynamic, English-speaking workplace, this opportunity is for you.Apply now and join Carolina Logistics!#J-18808-Ljbffr
