Resumen de Posición Customer Service Representative attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services. Process orders, prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsabilidades Esenciales Gather data to update and supply monthly data required for regional Demand Value Added Forecasting process including: Lead the Demand Planning Cycle by reviewing and pressure testing value added demand forecast with regional leaders and attend their confirmation Consolidate and input value added forecast into M2M Prepare presentation for the Demand review addressing all gaps to previous forecasts Attain approval of demand and gap closing plan Review approved demand plan and recommended actions with the Materials Manager // Planners. Regular communication with Customer Service, Sales Department, Customers, Planning, Materials to ensure plans and information are accurate. Gather historical data and prepare the documents required to support reporting. Ensure forecasted volume is shared and acknowledged by all appropriate stakeholders (consensus forecast). Manages the monthly Demand Planning work to ensure that the process is executed as per the defined cycle Monitors Sales execution vs. established forecast/budgets Monitors Forecast accuracy Work with product management to ensure that new product launches are included and measured against the demand plan Drive a culture of best practice sharing and continuous improvement Provide support for organizational transformation and change Requisitos del Puesto EDUCATION: Engineering Degree, Administration Degree EXPERIENCE: 3 years of experience in similar position ADDITIONAL KNOWLEDGE: Customer service, demand tracking, reporting KPIs, participating in plans for recovery.
