As a Master Scheduler, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by leveling the activity of the plant production floor at the minimum stock level possible. You will communicate with customers, establish and monitor the master production schedule, prepare and implement sales and operations planning, manage pool and safety stock levels, and follow up delivery performance. Activities Analyse, understand and anticipate the customer needs, ensuring that they are reflected in production activities. Analyse customer Misdeliveries Per Million (MPM) in order to propose improvement action plans: define and optimise data gathering and exchange and ensure data integrity in systems. Follow up the achievement of the customer delivery program by managing alerts and following up with the transportation and the delivery of pieces. Prepare the Sales & Operations Planning (PIC) on a monthly basis to obtain proper volume levels and optimise resources (men, machines, materials and supplier readiness and capacity). Implement and drive the Master Production Schedule (PDP) to ensure a level production plan and make production line provisions for variations of customers demand. Manage the pool and safety stock levels. Check that the sequencer and procurements are consistent with the PDP. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimise resources and processes, and to anticipate and resolve any issues related to engineering changes or mix changes. Your profile and competencies to succeed Minimum education level Bachelor's in Engineering or Business Professional Experience Bachelor's degree in engineering Experience in supply chain and logistics +2 years in production planning, customer service, material planning and supplier management Minimum bilingual (English required) SAP MM Skills and competencies Strong analytical and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Delivery performance: customer MPM, customer backlog. Alerts follow up: # or alerts raised, resolution effectiveness, time to solve. Cost effectiveness: premium freight cost to customer linked to non-proper PDP decisions. Inventories: pool stock sizing, TPA sizing, gap to finished goods inventory budget.
