Position Summary We are currently recruiting for a Marketing Specialist to join the existing Industrial Air Quality Business Unit team in our Power & Industrial (P&I) Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Position Responsibilities Lead Generation Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote products, drive conversions, and grow our subscription program via HubSpot and Salesforce campaigns. Segment email lists and personalize messaging to deliver relevant content to different audience segments. Develop clear marketing KPIs and monitor email performance metrics and conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign effectiveness. Maintain and manage a weekly marketing calendar with upcoming campaigns, frequently collaborating with managers and sales lines to obtain customer feedback on campaign requirements and needs. HubSpot Admin Manage the HubSpot account, crafting landing pages, emails, workflows, and forms to aid lead generation. Manage form automation to ensure customer leads flow from HubSpot to Salesforce and connect with the proper salesperson for lead follow‑up. Demographic Marketing Support Assist in ZoomInfo data collection and territory mapping of customers and competition via Power BI software for developing strategic marketing intelligence for data‑driven decisions related to new branch locations and acquisitions. Stay Current Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and maintain a competitive edge in the market. Update marketing materials including flyers, signage, website content, and e‑mail campaigns. Work closely with product manager and sales to design materials and campaigns to promote products, services, and initiatives. Person Specification Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Communication or a related field Proficiency in English (level B2+ or higher) 3+ years of digital marketing experience with emphasis on B2B projects Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively Experience with subscription‑based business models valued Experience with ZoomInfo valued Broad knowledge of various marketing disciplines required Proven track record in achieving results through digital marketing campaigns required Experience with Salesforce required Experience with HubSpot or other digital campaign management software valued Knowledge of trends and best practices in the industrial trade sector Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data interpretation to optimize campaign performance required What’s on Offer An opportunity to join an already established and successful international business with a competitive salary and benefits package. #J-18808-Ljbffr
