Responsabilidades Lead engineering teams across product development, NPI, and manufacturing processes. Execute new product introductions and production line transfers. Manage engineering changes and implementation into manufacturing. Optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost. Coordinate with key functions (Product Development, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain). Approve technical solutions, process controls, and validations. Lead root cause analysis and resolution of complex issues. Ensure testing, validation, and readiness for product launches. Develop team capabilities and manage resources and risks. Requisitos Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering (Master’s preferred). 10+ years of experience in product development, NPI, and process engineering. Proven experience leading engineering teams in high-volume production environments. Strong technical background in CAD design, tooling, and cable assemblies. Experience with engineering change management, industrialization, and production transfers. Strong DFM/DFA and structured problem-solving skills. Effective cross-functional collaboration and communication (English required; Spanish preferred). Structured problem-solving skills (8D, root cause analysis).
