Customer Support Representative Provide world‑class service to clients’ end‑users via phone, email, and chat support. Responsibilities Research and resolve issues reported by end‑users. Maintain a test lab of devices to reproduce customer issues. Keep all login credentials and passwords confidential. Document all customer interactions according to standard operating procedures. Qualifications Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. Adaptable and flexible, comfortable with changing processes and information. Minimum age 18 years. High school diploma or GED. Willingness to participate in a background screening. Preferred Experience Customer service via phone, email, and live chat. Experience in sales, billing, collections, or technical support.
