Overview You will implement the operational capabilities of the business and support the operational elements for the market. You will coordinate route planning, system capabilities and tools management for the sales team. Responsibilities Coordinate and initiate customer and employee master data changes for sales, including processing of data. Support implementation of organizational realignments for master data and administrative processes. Support revision/development of relevant sales policies and administrative processes, including the provision in suitable media. Test for system implementation and system changes working closely with sales, internal departments, and external service providers. Identify and implement master data simplification opportunities. Qualifications Experience in customer service, logistics or sales support. Basic knowledge of sales systems and tools (including SAP and MS Excel). Solid communication and problem solving skills. Ability to handle and resolve multiple queries, respond quickly, and maintain composure. Additional Responsibilities (Spanish) Gestionar pago a proveedores de arrendamiento y gestoría de vehículos de flota. Identificar necesidades en gestoría de vehículos (permisos de carga y descarga, pagos de tenencia). Análisis de costos operativos (gasolina, leasing, mantenimiento y trámites vehiculares). Detectar oportunidades de ahorro y mejora de procesos en control financiero. Apoyo con presupuesto y proyecciones financieras de flota. Análisis de incidencias, siniestralidad y pago de deducibles. Manejo avanzado de Excel indispensable. Manejo de Office intermedio (office, power point). Education / Certifications Ingeniería Industrial, logística, o Licenciatura en área económico-administrativa y finanzas. Specific Job Requirements Mínimo 1 año de experiencia. Inglés básico-intermedio. Work Schedule Lunes a viernes full time con guardias, algunos sábados (se requiere disponibilidad de horario). No relocation support available.
