The position is responsible to manage a diverse team, in an international multi-cultural environment, to ensure all electronic end-to-end order to cash flows are optimal and efficient. The position is also responsible to maintain efficient electronic communications with our Warehouse and Distribution logistical partners. The position will be responsible for managing relationships with our EDI partners in multiple locations, ensuring service levels are maintained and all systems operate correctly. The position requires an ability to seamlessly operate between business and technical teams, to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Work with Enterprise Architecture team to implement best-in-class strategic B2B technical platform solutions. Requirements 10 yrs project management experience, 5 at a senior level Strong EDI experience with working knowledge of EDI Formats (XML (UBL), PEPPOL, ANSI X12, EDIFACT), XPath, XSLT, XML Schemas. Strong Knowledge of EDI providers in Healthcare sector 3 yrs experience in designing, constructing, implementing and documenting enterprise integration solutions. Experience with Supply Chain and ERP systems and EDI flows Strong understanding of data integration, data mapping, cloud based services concepts, business data flows. Strong verbal and written communication skills (English), both to technical and non-technical teams, both internally and externally; strong documentation skills Proven leadership experience with a track record of consistently meeting results Ability to manage/supervise a large and diverse team of employees Strong interpersonal/communication skills. Strong analytical skills, fast learner, proactive and self-sufficient BS degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering or related fields. Desired Experience with Sterling Integrator, IBM WTX, EDI communication protocols (e.g. VANs, AS2) Agile methods (SCRUM) Relational database experience (Oracle, DB2/UDB, or SQL Server) with basic SQL skills Experience in designing, constructing, implementing and documenting enterprise integration solutions.
