Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Recruiter with approximately 3 years of experience to manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple roles and functions. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent while partnering closely with hiring managers to ensure a high-quality and efficient recruitment process. The ideal candidate has strong stakeholder management skills, a data-driven mindset, and experience working in fast-paced, high-volume or corporate environments. Key Responsibilities Own and execute end-to-end recruitment processes (intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management). Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define candidate profiles, and align on hiring strategy. Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach. Conduct structured interviews to assess technical skills, behavioral competencies, and cultural fit. Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the process. Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, conversion rates). Support employer branding initiatives and talent attraction campaigns. Ensure compliance with internal policies and hiring standards. Collaborate with HR and business teams on workforce planning and hiring priorities. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Experience managing full-cycle recruitment. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Experience using ATS systems and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Intermediate to advanced English proficiency. Preferred Qualifications Experience in shared services, tech, or high-volume recruitment environments. Knowledge of behavioral interviewing techniques and competency-based assessments. Experience working with regional or integral teams. Data-driven mindset with experience using recruitment metrics and dashboards.
