Objective The Network Development Specialist is responsible for ensuring the sustained growth and profitability of the GAC Motor dealer network in Mexico. This role combines high-level Program Management across multiple cities with deep Performance and Financial Analysis (P&L) . The specialist ensures that every point of sale aligns with global brand standards while securing the long-term viability of investor operations. Key Responsibilities Program Management & Infrastructure Location and Sales Potential Recommendations: Provide recommendations for location and sales potential for selected PMAs (Potential Market Areas/Points of Sale). Manage the full lifecycle of new dealership openings, from the initial Business Case approval to the Opening including Implementing a standardized onboarding process that mandates 100% readiness in Staffing, Corporate Identity (CI), and Systems before any authorized opening. Oversee concurrent projects across multiple regions in Mexico, ensuring strict adherence to construction timelines, Corporate Identity (CI) standards, and signage installation. Coordinate with construction and branding vendors to guarantee flawless brand execution across all territories. Performance & Process Improvement Implement and monitor the Manual of Operations (MOP) and network service standards. Develop and manage the Dealer Operations Scorecard , evaluating critical KPIs across Sales, Aftersales, and Customer Satisfaction (SSI/CSI ). Execute Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) for low-performing dealerships or those experiencing brand erosion. Financial Analysis & Reporting Analyze dealer financial statements, focusing on metrics such as Return on Sales (ROS) and P&L structures. Monitor network health through absorption rates and profitability tracking per department (Sales, Service, and Parts). Required Profile Education Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or related fields. A specialization in Project Management is highly desirable. Experience 3 to 5 years of experience in Network Development, Field Operations, or Business Consulting within the automotive industry (specifically with Chinese or high-volume brands). Technical Skills Strong financial acumen (ability to interpret Balance Sheets and Income Statements). Strong understanding of brand imaging and retail space standards. Excellent analytical skills for evaluating potential locations and sales projections. Proficiency in financial analysis to assess dealer profitability.
