About The Position We are looking for a Toluca GT MFE Manager to join the Engineering - GT Toluca team, reporting directly to the Plant Manager. The position is based at our office in Toluca. Responsibilities Manage advanced product quality planning and engineering-related activities. Lead the engineering team in addressing customer complaints. Coordinate cross‑functional teams to analyze and establish corrective actions for process defects. Manage internal and customer pilot activities. Define the production process, including process conditions and control plan. Promote team participation in improvement activities such as cycle‑time reduction, raw‑material consumption optimization, and line balancing. Establish, manage, and monitor engineering KPIs. Approve engineering‑related master documents. Plan, monitor, and manage MMX projects related to engineering. Review BOMs, physical inventory, BPCS system, and manufacturing routes. Monitor engineering changes and collaborate in process audits and internal audits. Participate in preventing nonconformities in product, process, and quality system. Qualifications Degree in industrial engineering, process engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field. Advanced English language proficiency. Experience in welding processes. Desirable Skills Experience in the auto‑parts industry. Leadership experience in similar positions. Experience developing and planning standard manufacturing work plans, preventive maintenance, designing and implementing new processes. Continuous improvement and problem‑analysis skills.
