The Manufacturing Manager is accountable for the end-to-end execution of manufacturing operations, ensuring consistent delivery against the company’s strategic priorities, enterprise standards and operational commitments. This role leads manufacturing performance across Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Productivity. Responsibilities Operational Execution & Output Coordination Process Consistency & Standard Practice Alignment Workplace Safety & Regulatory Adherence Product & Process Quality Governance Operational Performance Monitoring & Metrics Management Ongoing Enhancement of workflow balance, transition efficiency, asset usage, and material movement, reducing inefficiencies and non-value activities across operational routines. Operational Cost Oversight, including workforce allocation, consumable resources and variable expenses, supporting efficiency gains to achieve financial objectives while safeguarding compliance and quality standards. Operational Leadership & Team Development, fostering capability advancement in partnership with technical functions. Cross-Functional Operational Integration, working in close alignment with planning, technical, quality, support and supply functions to maintain seamless operational continuity. Partnership with technical and systems teams to support the transition from manual activities toward more technology-enabled processes. Requirements Academic background at undergraduate level in a relevant discipline Solid and progressive experience in operational environments with people leadership responsibility Demonstrated leadership in complex, high-variability operational settings with multiple work cycles and frequent transitions Strong background in efficiency-driven methodologies, asset reliability practices, and structured analytical problem-solving approaches Experience participating in operational modernization initiatives, including the transition from manual to technology-enabled processes Advanced to Fluent proficiency in English #J-18808-Ljbffr
