Your Role And Responsibilities As a Business Transformation Consultant, you will serve as a client-facing practitioner who sells, leads, and delivers expert services by leveraging the breadth of IBM’s offerings and technologies. A successful Consultant is recognized by clients as a trusted business advisor who collaborates to design and implement innovative solutions that address complex business challenges. You will work on strategic transformation initiatives that help clients integrate strategy, processes, technology, and information to increase operational effectiveness, reduce costs, and improve profitability and shareholder value. This role provides opportunities to develop new skills, work across multiple disciplines, and gain deep exposure to diverse industries. Your Primary Responsibilities Include Defining, leading, and governing the end-to-end change management strategy for complex enterprise and digital transformation programs. You will act as a strategic partner to both clients and transformation teams, ensuring effective adoption of new operating models, technologies, processes, and organizational behaviors, while aligning change strategies with business objectives and expected outcomes. Leading multidisciplinary teams across Change Management, Training, and Communications. You will translate business strategy into measurable adoption strategies and scalable execution plans, manage executive and C-level stakeholders, proactively identify adoption risks and organizational resistance, and drive sustainable outcomes through a structured organizational transformation and impact management approach. In the context of SAP S/4HANA transformations, you will take full ownership of the change management strategy across the entire lifecycle—from early discovery and design phases through go‑live and post‑implementation stabilization. This includes ensuring seamless integration of change management with functional and technical workstreams, and guiding the change team across all phases of the transformation journey to enable successful adoption and business value realization. Required Technical And Professional Expertise Senior professional in Change Management, Organizational Transformation, or Business Consulting with experience leading large-scale digital and/or ERP transformation programs (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, digital platforms, AI). Proven senior-level experience leading Change and Training teams in complex, multi-site environments. Extensive hands‑on experience leading at least two end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformations, covering all phases: Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, and Run. Deep understanding of organizational, process, and user impacts associated with SAP S/4HANA implementations. Strong senior stakeholder management experience, including direct engagement with C-level executives and business leaders, with the ability to design operating models, adoption strategies, and organizational change frameworks. Preferred Technical And Professional Experience AI-Driven Transformation Experience: Experience with leveraging AI to drive business transformation and change management initiatives, blending AI with behavioral science and human-focused approaches to cultivate essential leadership qualities and attitudes. Business Analytics Knowledge: Experience with analyzing complex business scenarios, employing business analysis and hypothesis testing to identify effective solutions and drive successful transformations.
