Your Role As a Manager within the Digital Core Modernization (DCM) team, you will lead SAP Record to Report (RTR) engagements, driving finance transformation initiatives and ensuring successful delivery across multiple territories. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end SAP RTR implementations in global environments Analyze client requirements and design SAP finance solutions Work with SAP modules including FI, AP, Treasury, COPA and Group Reporting Manage project planning, budgeting, execution and delivery Lead and mentor teams, driving high performance and collaboration Act as primary contact for clients and stakeholders Deliver training sessions and workshops for SAP solutions Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation Ensure quality standards, timelines and deliverables are met Resolve project risks, issues and stakeholder escalations What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree 8+ years of experience in SAP Finance (RTR) Strong experience in SAP FI and related finance modules Experience leading medium to large teams Experience in global or multi-country implementations Advanced English (written and spoken) Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills Nice to Have Experience with SAP Group Reporting SAP certifications Experience with global clients or large-scale implementations Exposure to SAP CRM or broader ERP solutions Why PwC Acceleration Center Mexico Opportunity to work on global projects across multiple countries Exposure to international teams and stakeholders Career development and leadership growth Remote work flexibility within Mexico Collaborative and innovation-driven culture Additional Information Potential travel to the United States and LATAM Visa availability may be required Immediate hiring need
