Descripción The Production Manager is responsible for supervising and coordinating all activities related to the production of goods and services in the company. He/she works closely with other managers and team leaders to ensure that production objectives are met and efficiency is maintained in the production process. Responsibilities Be responsible for quality control in the production departments. Finding ways to do what the organization has defined as important. Planning the work to be done. Provide feedback and coaching to supervisors. Must thrive and see value in a leadership role. Train supervisors and empower them. Help supervisors promote and follow new ideas and methods. Monitor and control the KPI's of the production areas. Identify and troubleshoot problems in the production process and take corrective action when necessary. Develop and maintain plans and strategies to improve efficiency and productivity. Requirements 10 years in manufacturing Industry. 5 years of experience as a production manager Advanced level of English Advanced: MS office (Excel, power point, Word) Experience in digital printing, maintenance and change of printing machine heads.
