Your Job The Koch Technology Employee Services team is hiring an IT Analyst to join our skilled CTS (M365) team. This individual will be a part of a global team that focuses on Collaboration Technology along with other related areas for Koch Industries. As a part of this team, you will work to provide modern solutions and services for all Koch businesses. Additionally, there is responsibility for the entire enterprise in designing innovative solutions, creating, and sharing best practices, and providing support for our services. Our Team The Employee Services Organization provides value-added strategic partnerships with other Koch companies in ownership and support of several key processes and platforms. We deliver IT products and services that enable employee success and collaboration. As a trusted partner, we focus on people, processes, technology, and data to drive transformation. Our team members are key contributors through the application of frameworks and principles with an emphasis on leveraging critical and economic thinking to drive value. What You Will Do Partner with global team members to support and learn about O365 products, including SharePoint, Exchange, OneDrive, Teams, and Power Platform tools (Flow, PowerApps, PowerBI). Assist with administration and troubleshooting of collaboration platforms. Apply critical thinking and technical skills to help resolve IT issues in a dynamic environment. Help identify common problems and contribute to process improvements that enhance service quality. Support creation of clear documentation and knowledge base articles to help end users and support teams. Participate in responding to customer requests and work to improve support metrics like ticket resolution time and satisfaction. Work within our ticketing and incident management tools such as ServiceNow. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Initiative, natural curiosity, and an aptitude for fast‑paced learning. Experience working with Office 365 (Active Directory, Exchange, Azure, etc.). Experience working both independently and in a team‑oriented, collaborative environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Experience in writing knowledge base articles based on resolution paths. Experience working with End users to troubleshoot and resolve their issues. What Will Put You Ahead Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, or related field.
