Position Summary This is an exciting job opportunity for you as a Fulfillment Planner LATAM in Huixquilucan with Signify. Responsibilities Demand & Supply Planning: Develop and maintain rolling forecasts, intake plans, and planning parameters to ensure accurate product portfolio planning and availability. Purchase Order & Fulfillment Management: Own the MTS/MTO PO lifecycle from requisition to customer-facing availability, including PO release, supplier confirmation, and issue resolution. Master Data & Process Governance: Maintain master data, planning parameters, and execute PIPO processes in alignment with RSIM and NPI guidelines. Supplier & Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery, manage risks, and communicate supply changes or opportunities. Performance, Risk & Continuous Improvement: Review inventory outlook and fulfillment performance, escalates risks, and drive efficiency, cost-saving initiatives, and customer satisfaction improvements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field; candidates with degrees in other disciplines will be considered if they have relevant experience in Supply Chain or Logistics. 3 to 5 years of experience in supply chain planning, logistics, or inventory management, with a strong focus on demand forecasting and supplier collaboration.
