Implement and monitor production schedules and adjust workloads as necessary to meet production targets. Maintain production efficiency by continually evaluating and improving processes and systems. Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed, and that the working environment is safe for all employees. Manage quality control standards to ensure that products meet company and customer expectations. Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering, supply chain, and quality assurance, to ensure smooth operations. Monitor and report on production performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. Manage inventory levels to ensure that materials and supplies are available when needed without excessive stock. Oversee the maintenance and repair of production equipment to minimize downtime. Experiência y requisitos Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management, preferably in the household appliances industry. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality control. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Proficient in using production management software and tools. Experienced in product line transfer preferred.
