Overview Your Team: Our team is responsible for the successful execution of MSCI’s Index operating plan, as well as the delivery of One MSCI product launches. We lead key initiatives, taking ownership of projects and representing senior leadership’s vision. We collaborate across functions to ensure high-quality and timely delivery, address gaps to prevent derailment, and resolve issues to keep projects on track. We proactively anticipate obstacles and mitigate risks early, bringing together the right stakeholders to realign and sustain progress. Through ownership, foresight, and cross-functional collaboration, our team drives impact across the organization. Your Key Responsibilities Your key responsibilities include interpreting requirements from senior Index Product leaders and translating them into clear, actionable business requirements for Program Managers to scope product and project efforts. This role bridges strategic intent with execution, ensuring alignment between leadership vision and delivery teams. You support product strategy while coordinating cross-functional initiatives, driving execution across multiple stakeholders. This includes overseeing index-related initiatives such as new product launches and client-driven enhancements, ensuring they are delivered efficiently, on time, and in line with strategic priorities. Your Skills And Experience That Will Help You Excel 5–8 years of relevant professional experience required Proactively communicate updates, risks, and decisions to stakeholders Stay highly organized while managing multiple concurrent initiatives Anticipate challenges early and take action before they impact delivery Align stakeholders to ensure clarity on priorities, timelines, and outcomes Maintain momentum across projects and drive consistent progress Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) as a core part of daily workflows Build and continuously improve a “digital version” of yourself to scale output and efficiency Use Jira to track work, manage priorities, and ensure visibility across tasks and progress Each of us are expected to build a digital version of ourselves to ensure we are able to scale up our deliverables significantly.
