The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with the Project Manager to ensure the participation of cross‑functional stakeholders in furthering project goals. With organization and prioritization skills, this candidate will organize the necessary pieces to ensure project success. Responsibilities Coordinate project management activities for up to 30 to 50 projects at any given time, each with 4‑to‑8 week development cycles. Develop in‑depth understanding of product scope, timeframes, budgets, and delivery requirements for all of Content Marketing Service product offerings. Liaise with various teams and clients to define project scope, timelines, and objectives. Define and assign tasks to project members and assist with schedule management. Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project. Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise. Make sure that the client’s needs are met as projects evolve. Ensure that all projects are delivered on‑time and within scope. Use standard project management tools to track project plans, documents, and expenditures across multiple projects. Qualifications At least 1-2 years of work experience as a Project Coordinator or related field. Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field of study. Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills. Fluency in English is required. Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time‑management. Strong client‑facing and teamwork skills. Ability to work effectively both independently with minimal managerial supervision and as part of a team. Demonstrated understanding of project management concepts and tools where tracking project dependencies and milestones are important for success.
