About the Role We're looking for a Senior Partnerships Manager to lead our influencer and affiliate marketing strategy across Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and Canada. Reporting to the Head of Marketing (Americas), you'll own the partnerships program end-to-end— from strategy and recruitment to activation and performance— with a focus on building scalable, high-impact relationships that drive both brand and performance. Responsibilities Help build and execute a comprehensive influencer and affiliate marketing strategy across the Americas region. Identify, recruit, and manage a network of creators, affiliates, publishers, and ambassadors across markets. Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and ensure ROI-positive partnerships. Collaborate with the content and performance teams to ensure messaging consistency and brand alignment. Launch innovative partnership campaigns that support new product launches, brand moments, and seasonal pushes. Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics, using insights to optimize future collaborations. Stay on top of regional trends and cultural shifts in influencer and affiliate marketing. Experiment with emerging platforms (TikTok, podcasts, newsletters, etc.) and partner formats to unlock new growth opportunities. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in influencer and/or affiliate marketing, ideally in a DTC or e-commerce environment. Demonstrated success managing partnerships across multiple countries in the Americas. A strong network of creators, agents, and affiliate platforms is a plus. Data-driven with a strong understanding of performance metrics, attribution, and tracking tools. Creative thinker with a hands‑on approach and strong negotiation skills. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Fluency in English and Spanish; French is a plus. Highly organized and able to manage multiple partnerships and campaigns simultaneously.
