Sales Agency Project Intern (Scaled Growth) - 2026 Start (BS/MS) Location: Employment Type: Intern Job Code: A88623 Responsibilities Contribute to revenue growth efforts by supporting the full sales lifecycle — from prospect research and competitive analysis to pitch preparation and partner engagement across LATAM agencies. Manage and maintain the sales pipeline tracker, identifying patterns, surfacing risks, and translating data into clear signals for the team lead. Serve as the operational backbone for top agency relationships, owning issue resolution end‑to‑end and coordinating across internal teams to keep deals and partnerships moving. Prepare and structure materials for weekly team meetings and leadership reviews, going beyond formatting to highlight the trends and insights that drive decisions. Monitor KPIs across the agency portfolio, proactively flagging risks and contributing to conversations about how to course‑correct. Design and maintain dashboards and performance reports that help the team understand what's working, what's not, and where to focus next. Lead the team's adoption of AI tools and platforms, finding ways to increase productivity and unlock capacity for higher‑value work. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or related fields. Strong analytical skills with comfort working in spreadsheets and data tools (Excel, Google Sheets). Excellent written and verbal communication in Portuguese is preferred to work with the regional stakeholders; proficiency in English is required. Preferred Qualifications Highly organized and reliable, acting with agility and following up proactively. Curiosity about digital advertising, the creator economy, and how agencies operate.
