Gestión solicitudes e incidentes. Atención Solicitudes Usuarios en Sitio. Realizar recorrido a la planta Preparación de reportes (Excel) de resolución de incidentes, niveles de cumplimiento de SLAs. Reparación multifuncionales Lexmark Colocación de kits de mantenimiento. Control de solicitud de consumibles y retorno de los mismos revisión de Equipos de la Planta Mantenimientos preventivos y correctivos en equipos Lexmark Responsibilities (English) On-site incident support Management of requests and incidents On-site user support Conduct plant walkthroughs Prepare Excel reports on incident resolution and SLA compliance levels Repair Lexmark multifunction printers Install maintenance kits Manage consumable requests and returns Inspect plant equipment Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on Lexmark equipment Knowledge Excel Monitoring tools (ServiceNow) Location Daimler Vehículos Comerciales México, S. de R.L. de C.V. Qualifications Completed technical degree or incomplete professional degree 1 year of experience in customer service and support for printing equipment (preferably Lexmark) Purpose Responsible for the management of client relationship and contract delivery of outsourcing/facilities management to end user customers.
