Commercial Department Administrative Support Manage legal documentation for the team, including Boutique and POS Agreements, Addendums, Consignment letters, Espace agreements, Termination letters, and Grey Market cases. Oversee validation workflows, scan contracts, and maintain tracking files. Continuous Improvement Lead continuous improvement initiatives across all commercial areas and sales channels. Oversee project implementation and follow‑up. Assign different projects based on business needs and seasonality. Digital Ecosystem Expert Drive Connected Retail projects, enhancing retail staff tools in alignment with HQ developments and implementations. Implement and integrate diverse digital tools (e.g., RetailOS, Operations tools, Retail Apps, Boosters) into commercial activities. Facilitate communication regarding system updates. Assess and identify needs within the retail network and boutiques to enhance client and staff experience. Coordinate Booster operations, support POS users, troubleshoot usage issues. Liaise with Booster key users to report issues and suggest improvements. Prepare monthly Commercial and Selling‑Cost reports for each store, providing performance commentary and quantitative & qualitative insights (sales, stock, traffic, AVP, UPT). Compliance Implement commercial processes across sales channels, ensuring brand policies are correctly applied and aligned with market needs and legal requirements. Ensure adherence to established procedures. Maintain alignment with relevant stakeholders. How will you experience success with us? 5 years’ experience in luxury, retail industry or hospitality. Performance and client‑centered mindset.
