We are looking for a driven, hunter-oriented, and professional Sales Representative focused on generating new business opportunities, prospecting potential clients, and successfully closing sales to support our business growth targets. This role plays a key part in expanding our customer portfolio and driving revenue through domestic and cross-border freight solutions, working with shippers across the USA, Mexico, and Canada. Key Responsibilities: Identify, prospect, and secure new customers in domestic and cross-border operations. Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, outbound outreach, and strategic prospecting activities. Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing. Work closely with Operations to ensure competitive pricing while protecting profitability. Provide clear and accurate load, project, and service expectations. Ensure compliance with company regulatory and operational guidelines. Consistently meet individual sales targets and revenue goals. Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records. What we’re looking for: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field. 2–5 years of sales experience in freight brokerage or logistics, , with a strong focus on new business development and closing deals. Demonstrated ability to prospect, build pipeline, and close new accounts successfully. Strong understanding of ground transportation modes. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
