Work you’ll do/Responsibilities As a Senior Consultant, you will work with diverse global clients across a wide range of industries. You will have a variety of client facing responsibilities such as diagnosing issues using advanced analytical techniques, interviewing staff, formulating and making recommendations, and helping clients implement proposed solutions. We are seeking a skilled API Engineer to drive and scale client practices within integration and microservice management. Completion of course of study/Egresado in Computer Science/IT/Computer Engineering, or any pertinent field or industry, or equivalent years of experience. Responsible for supporting and leading project workstreams and/or teams. Identifies key drivers, defines problems, and proposes solutions. Advanced English level. Highly experienced on Google Apigee (Edge / X / Hybrid) in production environments. Strong Java 17+ and Spring Boot 3.x (Security, Data JPA, WebFlux). Hands-on with GCP: Cloud Run, GKE, Pub/Sub, BigQuery. Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm chart deployments. Banking domain exposure: payments, accounts, lending, or open banking. Familiarity with OpenAPI 3.0 and API-first design methodology. Preferred Apigee Certified API Engineer or Google Cloud Professional Architect. ISO 20022 / SWIFT messaging knowledge.
