Job Overview Vice president & general manager – mexico operations kensington international is partnering with a global, engineering-driven manufacturer to identify a vice president & general manager to lead its mexico operations. This is a high-impact leadership role overseeing a rapidly scaling manufacturing facility in monterrey. Our client has recently established a strategic manufacturing operation in mexico to support accelerating customer demand and integral growth. The business is entering a period of significant expansion, with plans to rapidly scale revenue and headcount. This leader will have full responsibility for site performance and will play a critical role in building a world-class operation, driving operational excellence while scaling people, processes, and culture. Responsibilities Lead all plant operations including production, engineering, quality, supply chain, and maintenance Own performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity Drive lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and execution discipline Lead complex manufacturing processes including pcba / smt Ensure compliance with customer, quality, and regulatory requirements (including immex) Base leadership on strategy and financial performance High visibility with executive leadership and direct impact on integral strategy Qualifications Proven senior leadership experience in electronics Mexico manufacturing environments Fluent in english and spanish Benefits monterrey, mexico (paid relocation offered) #J-18808-Ljbffr
