What We’re Looking For In their final year of university, studying International Business, International Trade, or related fields. And Someone Who Brings Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel). Interest or experience with Power BI or other data‑analysis tools (nice to have). The ability to make sense of data and explain it in simple, clear conclusions. A high level of attention to detail and natural curiosity. A proactive attitude—someone who likes asking \"why?\", challenging information, and suggesting better ways of doing things. We’re Looking for Someone With International Business, International Trade, or related fields, (1.5 years remaining). With an expected graduation date in June or December 2027. Availability to work 30 hours per week, in the Morning. Strong interest in learning customer service processes by supporting follow‑up activities, developing tracking tools, and analyzing basic information to ensure customer commitments are met. Solid analytical and problem‑solving skills. Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, etc. are highly beneficial for this role). A results‑driven mindset, with the ability to meet deadlines and follow established procedures. Intermediate English.
