Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Lead to join our software development team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in quality assurance processes, particularly in Java-based applications. This role requires a strategic thinker who can lead QA initiatives, mentor junior team members, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. Responsibilities Lead the QA team in developing and implementing testing strategies for Java applications. Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects early in the development cycle. Mentor and train junior QA engineers on best practices and testing methodologies. Continuously improve QA processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Report on testing progress, results, and quality metrics to stakeholders. Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on quality-related aspects. Mandatory Skills Proficient in Java programming language. Extensive experience in software testing methodologies and tools. Strong understanding of automated testing frameworks. Experience with performance and load testing. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Preferred Skills Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience with CI/CD tools and practices. Knowledge of cloud-based testing environments.
