ROLE SUMMARY The Solution Advisor (SA) combines deep SAP expertise and end-to-end solution area domain process knowledge to drive customer-specific demos, POCs, product innovation, and market leadership. The focus is on supporting customers and field teams with deep SAP line of business and technical knowledge, helping deliver best‑in‑class presales to address customer’s business challenges. Additionally, the role drives deep domain expertise to create critical assets such as roadmaps and provide feedback to product teams to support future developments, working to support the SAP AI first Suite first strategy as one team. The Data and AI Solution Advisor will act as a trusted advisor for SAP Business AI and SAP Business Data Cloud portfolio to solve customers’ most complex data and AI problems. This role require business and technical expertise in data warehousing, business intelligence, AI/ML solutions, and exceptional presentation skills to connect business value to technical solutions. Articulate BDC & AI‑driven business value, outcomes, and differentiation in customer and executive conversations. Build strong positioning skills on SAP BDC & AI Solutions. Gain insight into the functional capabilities, standard demo scenarios, and foundational solution details for SAP Business Data Cloud and Artificial Intelligence to build strong confidence. Understand what each capability does and how they work together, building strong, customer‑ready positioning confidence. Advanced solution concepts, AI capabilities, and extensibility options across SAP Business Data Cloud and SAP Artificial Intelligence solutions. Deeper understanding of agentic AI, large language models, and SAP’s Generative AI Hub—enabling confident, informed customer conversations around AI‑driven transformation.
