As a Senior Operations Specialist, you will help lead the daily execution of our Business Operations team, with a focus on inventory and workflow management. You will be responsible for coordinating on-site team members, delegating daily priorities, monitoring execution, escalating issues, and ensuring work is completed accurately and on time. This role is well suited for tech‑savvy, detail‑oriented leaders with strong English communication skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, and the confidence to guide team members in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment. Responsibilities Leadership & Delegation: Ability to manage daily priorities, assign work, follow up with team members, handle escalations and ensure tasks are completed on time. Operational Execution: Execute and oversee end‑to‑end transactional workflows, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and issue resolution. Process Alignment & Improvement: Ensure operational processes are aligned across teams and systems; identify gaps and drive continuous workflow and performance improvements. Team Coordination: Oversee on‑site team workflows by prioritizing, delegating, providing operational guidance, and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently. Operational Initiatives: Support system implementations, process updates, and operational projects that improve transactional execution and scalability. Requirements Experience Requirement: 3+ year of experience in operations, e-commerce, or another fast‑paced environment preferred. Execution Focus: Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities. Problem‑Solving Mindset: Comfortable identifying issues, making decisions, and resolving operational problems in real time. Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to quickly learn new operational systems and software. Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
