Key Responsibilities Configure and maintain CRM automations, workflows, and follow-up sequences. Experience with CRM platforms. Understanding of workflow automations, if/then statements, and lead tagging processes. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools or processes. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ensure proper tagging and organization of leads within the CRM. Troubleshoot and resolve automation issues as they arise. Collaborate with the team to implement new processes and optimize existing ones.
