The Scrum Master will facilitate Agile delivery for SAP Commerce Cloud migration and enhancement streams, ensuring smooth execution across cross‑functional teams including SAP Commerce, integrations, DevOps, QA, and business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum practices across SAP Commerce Cloud delivery teams Remove impediments impacting sprint progress and coordinate dependencies across teams Work closely with Product Owners to refine backlog items, user stories, and acceptance criteria Track sprint progress, velocity, risks, and dependencies; provide transparent reporting Support distributed teams (Mexico onsite + offshore) and ensure effective collaboration Drive continuous improvement and Agile maturity within the program Required Skills & Experience 6–10 years of IT delivery experience with 3+ years as Scrum Master Strong experience managing Agile delivery for SAP Commerce / eCommerce Platforms Hands‑on experience using Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools Exposure to cloud migration or large enterprise transformation programs Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Experience working with telecom or large B2C digital commerce programs We offer a competitive package that includes Life insurance Major Medical Expenses Insurance Minor Medical Expense Insurance Savings Fund 30 days as Christmas Bonus 12 days of vacation in the first year, increasing 2 days as dictated by law.
