Position Overview We are currently seeking a UX Data Reporting and Analytics Intern for our Apodaca location, to support the Indirect Purchasing process. The intern will ensure procurement processes are followed and will support end‑user inquiries and invoice discrepancy resolution. Responsibilities Data management and utilization of various tools to analyze, visualize, and present results, transforming raw data into easy‑to‑digest UX actionable insights. Support in creating and maintaining a global UX and CI dashboard ensuring data quality and accuracy. Lead sessions with stakeholders to understand and interpret new dashboard requirements, visualisation enhancements, or report automation needs. Deliver recurring data reports to key stakeholders while identifying areas of opportunities for continuous improvement. Create and deliver effective presentations related to program key metrics and trends. Provide insights and solutions to program stakeholders and leaders using SE Indirect Procurement systems and ERPs. Qualifications This job might be for you if you are: Currently studying Actuarial Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a similar field with a strong interest in procurement and sourcing analytics. Available to work 30 hours per week. Proficient in Advanced English. Have advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills. Analytical mindset and strong problem‑solving skills. Desirable: knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau. Desirable: knowledge of Python and SQL programming languages.
