Role Overview Responsible for designing training strategies and plans to ensure that staff have the necessary knowledge to perform their functions and support the achievement of objectives; generate and carry out Organizational Development strategies focused on supporting organizational processes. Work Environment On site Key Responsibilities Support in the design and execution of the training program Ensure compliance with the standards applicable to the organization (STPS, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, Legal Requirements, etc.) related to training processes, and OD. Manage the administration of the DNCs of all the positions in the organization. Support the Job Onboarding Checklist process Responsible for the Onboarding Program Develop the Annual Training Program Generate procedures and guidelines for training processes and support internal processes for the proper administration of the quality and environmental system, etc. Generate training indicators on a monthly basis. Establish action plans for the improvement of training indicators. Manage the area's budget. Support in the execution and monitoring of the IMI Skill Model and the Promotion System. Generate action plans for staff development, succession strategy Carry out internal diagnoses of evaluation of organizational behaviors (leadership, teamwork, etc.). Carry out organizational coaching programs for Key processes. Contribute to the achievement of the organization's environmental objectives through the correct compliance with internal environmental procedures and policy, as well as the legal and governmental requirements that apply in environmental and/or safety matters Education and Experience Education: Bachelor's degree or related.
