We are seeking a Lead Full Stack Engineer with 7–12 years of experience to lead the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise‑scale healthcare technology solutions. This role requires strong technical leadership, hands‑on engineering expertise, and the ability to mentor and guide development teams. Drive technical architecture decisions, engineering standards, and best practices. Build and enhance frontend applications using React and backend microservices using Java and Spring Boot. Design and optimize database solutions using PostgreSQL and SQL Server. Lead cloud‑native development and deployment initiatives on AWS. Guide teams on API design, event‑driven architecture, and distributed systems. Mentor engineers, conduct technical reviews, and support capability development across teams. Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Ensure application observability, reliability, and performance optimization using tools such as Dynatrace. Support integration and reporting initiatives leveraging Pentaho and related technologies. Required Qualifications 7–12 years of experience in full‑stack software engineering. Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React, AWS, and relational databases. Experience designing scalable microservices and enterprise‑grade applications. Strong understanding of REST APIs, messaging systems, and cloud engineering principles. Proven experience leading technical teams and driving end‑to‑end delivery. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and mentoring skills. Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments. Preferred Qualifications Experience in healthcare, dental, or regulated domains is preferred.
