As a Lead, you will play a critical leadership role in driving client development and commercial strategy efforts. You will shape and lead high‑impact proposals, guide strategic pursuits, and translate complex client challenges into clear, compelling commercial narratives while leading and developing a team of Associates and Analysts. What You’ll Do Lead the development of high‑impact sales collateral (proposals, pitch decks, RFP/RFI responses) for priority client opportunities across regions Rapidly assess client contexts, including business models, competitive dynamics, and financial positioning, to shape effective pursuit strategies Act as a strategic partner to BCN leadership and Customer Practice teams to unlock growth opportunities and strengthen Bain’s go‑to‑market approach Lead senior stakeholder discussions, bringing structured problem solving, clear perspectives, and compelling storytelling to ambiguous business challenges Drive high‑quality, zero‑defect delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams Lead and manage teams of Associates and Analysts, providing coaching, feedback, and quality oversight Build reusable assets, commercial playbooks, and innovative perspectives to support scalable growth and future client development Partner with cross‑functional teams to enhance Bain’s methodologies, tools, and intellectual property Leverage technology, automation, and AI tools to improve proposal development and content efficiency Support internal operations, including leadership updates, business reviews, and knowledge management About You Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred 5+ years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a consulting environment (required) Experience in B2C‑focused industries such as Consumer Products, Retail, Telecommunications, or Financial Services is preferred Proven experience developing client‑facing materials (proposals, pitch decks, RFPs) in customer strategy, marketing, sales, or growth strategy Strong analytical capabilities and advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel Familiarity with data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx) is a plus Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing or mentoring team members Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment Fluency in English required; please submit your resume in English Working Model This role follows a hybrid model, requiring in‑office presence four days per week at our Polanco (Mexico City) office.
