Role Responsibilities Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and safety. Lead continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives across production areas. Create and maintain process documentation including SOPs, work instructions, PFMEA, control plans, and process flow diagrams. Support production teams in troubleshooting manufacturing issues and implementing corrective actions. Drive process standardization and best practices across manufacturing operations. Collaborate with quality, maintenance, production, and product engineering teams to support operational goals. Lead or support capital equipment and tooling projects including installation, validation, and startup activities. Analyze production data and KPIs to identify process improvement opportunities. Support new product introduction activities including process development and manufacturing readiness. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. Travel: Up to 10% Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field. 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering within an industrial environment. Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma. Experience creating manufacturing documentation including SOPs, work instructions, PFMEA, and control plans. Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as welding, fabrication, assembly, machining, painting, or automation. Experience troubleshooting manufacturing and production-related issues. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. English communication skills, both written and verbal. Preferred Qualifications Experience in automotive, metal fabrication, or industrial manufacturing environments. Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, or other quality management systems. Lean Six Sigma certification or continuous improvement training. Experience with ERP/MRP systems such as Oracle or SAP. Familiarity with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, or similar engineering software. Experience supporting automation, robotics, or manufacturing equipment implementation. Project management experience including cross-functional team coordination. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to influence and collaborate across multiple departments. Self-driven mindset with strong organizational and time management skills.
