Buffalo Wire Works is a dynamic company who has been servicing the Aggregate, Industrial & Mining markets for over 150 years. We are growing, developing new products, expanding our markets, and investing in the future. We are now looking for sales representatives to provide close coordination with outside sales/distributors and phone contact with our customers, ensuring that all sales and service initiatives are seamless to our customers. You will have a full team behind you supporting these efforts. Responsibilities Reporting activity submitted timely and with sufficient detail: Daily and Monthly reports as required. Coordinate all necessary sales related reporting data required of Buffalo Wire Works. Thorough and timely project coordination and management of requests by sales. Close coordination with outside sales/distributors that makes all sales and service initiatives seamless to our customers. Talk with customers by phone or in person and receive orders/quotes for products, answer questions on products, assist customers in solving problems. Follow-up on all correspondence and inquiries from customers. Enter all orders and quotes into Navision accurately and timely, within 24 hours. Acknowledge all quotes and sales orders with customers. Address customer complaints concerning billing or services rendered. Non-conformance and Return Authorizations entered in a timely manner and sent to Quality Manager for investigation. Consult with engineering, planning and operations on questionable items to ensure accuracy of data entered. Generate daily, weekly, monthly reports on orders and quote status prior to entering into Navision. Coordinate and track product from order entry to shipment to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Professional working proficiency in English required. Experience in quarries and/or mines is preferable. Microsoft Office experience preferable. Strong mathematics abilities. Strong capacity to work within a diverse team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
