Descripción As a Support Analyst - Boomi Platform, you'll be responsible for: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and support integration requirements across Customer Support, Logistics, Digital Commerce, and Marketing Working closely with Applications Development teams, DBAs, Automation Engineers, Analytics teams, and upstream/downstream solution delivery teams to provide technical assistance and resolve integration and business issues Managing, monitoring, sustaining, troubleshooting, and supporting existing integrations using the Boomi AtomSphere platform and related peripheral systems Supporting the design and maintenance of service-oriented, discoverable web services and APIs Assisting in the operation and support of enterprise integrations related to customer service, sales, marketing, B2B commerce, EDI, logistics, and distribution. Perfil buscado A successful Support Analyst Boomi Platform should have: 3+ years of experience supporting or delivering end-to-end integration solutions for enterprise software or hosted high-tech services 3+ years of hands-on experience with the Boomi integration platform (experience with MuleSoft, TIBCO, or similar platforms is a plus) Understanding of EDI documents and X12 EDI standards Knowledge of common integration patterns and architectures Experience working with AWS, APIs, and cloud-based integration environments Strong relational database knowledge with solid SQL skills Experience working with XML, JSON, and flat file formats using JavaScript and/or Java Working knowledge of API design and support in both cloud and on-premise environments Knowledge of API security concepts including authentication, authorization, certificates, IP security, and endpoint configuration Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field Experience working in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies Strong organizational and interpersonal skills in large-scale, matrix enterprise environments Excellent written and verbal communication skills Qué Ofrecemos Opportunity to work in Santa Catarina within a mid-sized organization.
