HR Operations & Shared Services Responsibilities Work as HR Ops Administrator in Shared Services HR operations, supporting global HR data processes and transactions. Maintain data accuracy and integrity within UKG systems. Work on HR tickets and workflow requests through ServiceNow (HRSD). Support employee lifecycle transactions including hires, changes, and terminations in HRIS. Participate in data audits, reporting validation, and correction activities. Ensure adherence to global data standards for coding in UKG during hiring process. Support bulk data updates through HRIS import tools where required. Collaborate with HRIS, Payroll, Finance, and local HR teams to resolve data discrepancies. Provide analytical support by identifying data trends, gaps, and process improvement opportunities. Education & Experience Minimum Requirements Proven experience as an HR Administrator, HR Operations Coordinator, or Shared Services HR role Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in HR Operations or Shared Services environment Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in business administration is preferred Experience in HRIS data management and HR ticketing systems required Knowledge of UKG is an added advantage Competency Requirements High level of confidentiality, attention to detail, and accuracy Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to navigate web-based systems Experience working with HRIS systems; knowledge of UKG is a strong advantage Experience using ServiceNow / HRSD ticketing systems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills related to HR data Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to collaborate with global and cross-functional teams #J-18808-Ljbffr
