We are hiring Import & Export Specialist Reporting to Operations Manager Essential Duties and Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Manage import/export documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, bill of lading - BL, certificates of origin). Coordinate customs clearance and compliance for Mexico and Honduras. Classify products with correct HTS codes and validate with customs brokers. Apply Incoterms and international trade regulations (TLCUE, COFEPRIS, SEMARNAT). Track shipments using ERP and/or Excel, providing real-time updates. Handle discrepancies or damages by coordinating claims with suppliers and insurers. Support logistics and purchasing teams with import/export insights. Requirements 2-3 years of experience in import/export, international logistics, or foreign trade. Proficient in Incoterms 2020 (EXW, FOB, DDP). Skilled in ERP systems (preferably SAP) and documentation processes. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and organizational skills. Experience managing exports to Latin American countries preferred. Experience with FDA, COFEPRIS and SEMARNAT regulations is desirable.
