Role Responsibilities Oversee daily maintenance operations to ensure equipment reliability and minimal downtime Lead, coach, and support maintenance technicians to achieve performance and safety goals Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner Collaborate with production teams to align maintenance priorities with operational needs Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs Ensure compliance with safety standards and promote a strong safety culture Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with suppliers when needed Track maintenance metrics and prepare basic reports on performance and improvements Support the installation, commissioning, and optimization of new equipment Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field 5+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing/industrial environments, including 3+ years in a supervisory or team lead role. Experience in preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance Advanced knowledge of control, mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems Proficient in maintenance management systems Ability to interpret technical manuals, drawings, and schematics Knowledge of safety regulations and industrial best practices Advanced English proficiency Preferred Qualifications Experience with automation systems (PLCs, HMIs, sensors) Familiar with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement (Kaizen, TPM) Experience implementing and improving preventive maintenance programs Knowledge of root cause analysis tools (5 Whys, Fishbone, FMEA) Experience with CMMS/ERP systems (e.g., Oracle) Strong problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills in fast-paced environments.
