Role Overview Execute the corresponding evaluations for product validation through test methods established in the test requests, as well as the preparation of reports. It works together with the product engineer, process engineer, quality engineer and the purchasing department. Work Environment On site Key Responsibilities Execute the tests requested by internal customers (mainly Product Engineering, Processes, Quality or Purchasing) in order to evaluate the performance of the product and/or its components. Interpret the test methods, internal or external, for the performance of the tests. Generate engineering reports showing the results obtained. Keep the work area clean and safe. Identify the appropriate tools for the laboratory and ensure that the necessary supplies are available. Provide feedback to the areas of Product, Process, and Quality Engineering regarding the findings. Contribute to the achievement of the organization's environmental objectives through the correct compliance with internal environmental procedures and policy, as well as the legal and governmental requirements that apply in environmental matters. Critical Competencies for Success Education and Experience Required education: Process Technician, Automation or similar. (Desirable: Engineering) Experience: 1 year in Quality, Manufacturing or Production positions and/or laboratory tests. Competencies Ability to analyze product failures. Basic knowledge of pneumatics and electricity. Assertive communication (written and oral) with various areas of the organization. Medium level of Organization.
